Art is the essence of man

The work of art is both a cultural imprint, an expression of universality and individuality. If it results from the genetics and experience of the artist-observer of the world, it is nothing without the interpretation of the spectator, without this "individualizing" encounter.

With regard to the impact of art in the lives of men, neurosciences have recently experienced remarkable growth, notably through the works and researches of Jean-Pierre Changeux and Semir Zeki. Thanks to advances in medical imagery, we now know that artistic experience generates in the brain the simultaneous conflagration of two distinct areas: the limbic system and the cortex - in other words, intellect and emotion.
As individuals, in the vast majority of cases, approaching art is not an easy or spontaneous thing: apprehension of a world perceived as elitist and closed, fear of appearing uneducated in front of the "knowledgeable", weak appetite for art or limiting beliefs, lack of time ... There are many reasons for a non-encounter between art and individual.
Through its support to individuals, Art Ignition creates the conditions favorable to this encounter.

It is therefore easy to understand how art can constitute a powerful lever for transformation in the workplace, an excellent catalyst to the analytical and systematic approaches specific to traditional decision-making processes.
